Cyan Cashew Shirt
Part of Under the Cashew Tree, this screen-printed shirt brings Tharshana’s original artwork onto a relaxed, everyday silhouette through a more tactile approach to print.
Each design begins as an original hand-drawn artwork, drawing from the flora and wildlife of Sri Lanka. The artwork is then translated through screen printing, with a subtle motif positioned at the front and a larger statement artwork across the back. From the Sri Lankan leopard to the cashew fruit and its branches, each illustration carries a fragment of the world that inspired the collection.
Designed with a relaxed resort collar and easy silhouette, the shirt balances expressive artwork with effortless wearability, a contemporary piece of Sri Lankan storytelling designed to be worn and discovered.
