Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and unworn, in resellable condition
• in their original packaging, with any tags attached

Pre-order items can be returned on the same terms once they've been delivered.

What can't be returned

• Sale items
• Gift cards

How to return an item

1. Email tharshana@tharshana.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. Once we confirm, send the items to the address for your order:

Orders shipped within the United States:

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk, so we recommend a tracked service. For international returns to Sri Lanka, use a tracked, insured service and mark the parcel as a "returned item" to help avoid import charges. We can't refund an item until we've received it.

Refunds

We'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges aren't refunded, and for international orders any import duties or taxes you paid on delivery aren't refunded by us. For Koko or Mintpay purchases, the refund goes back through Koko or Mintpay and your instalments are adjusted by them.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. See our Pre Order Policy.
